Spray flex and foam flex machine

1) This system is used for sprinkling the flex under PCB board. It’s some years that this system has been used in stannary industry, and it has a good return in this industry because it has about 30-40 percent advantage in using the flex. This system is built in any dimensions and it can be installed in different kinds of tin pots. 2) This system can sprinkle the flex under the PCB like foam and its width can be adjusted for different kinds of PCB boards.

Wire cutter and wire stripper machine

This machine is used for cutting and stripping of any kinds of wires. So that, the length and width is given to the memory of system and the machine does the cutting and stripping automatically. Also, it can be used for cutting any kinds of cables.

Cable stripper machine

This system is used for removing the cover of various kinds of cables, and it can remove the cover of cables with 20 mm diameter in 300 mm length.

Electrical & Pneumatic presses

Electrical presses : This kinds of presses work with the 3Φ electricity and 3 tons power and they are used for setting the pieces, clenching any kinds of pins, clenching different kinds of plug connectors and punching up to one millimeter thickness. Pneumatic presses: These kinds of presses are used to clenching or set the pieces with the power of 2 tons.
